3 Day Learn to Ride -
Tuesday at 9.30 sees the start of your second day in the saddle and in our 1st session we will recap the basics from day 1.
It really now depends on the individual rider but usually we will progress to the trot stride today which will be introduced slowly and allowing for the rider to feel confident and in control at all times.
Once you are used to the faster pace you will then learn a rising trot, the art of posting in time to the horse, making it easier and more pleasant for both horse and rider as you learn to move with your horse you will feel more relaxed and confident with every session.
A well earned cup of coffee or tea will then be needed before session 2 commences.
In your second session of the day you will practice your new skills and now begin to really enjoy being on horseback.
Lunch will be a chance to chat with your instructor and clarify any points you may wish to discuss.
